The Pand Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff, the room, the breakfast, the facilities, lounge and bar all excellent. A particular note that the hotel staff were professional and friendly, nothing was any trouble at all.

This is a beautiful, quaint hotel in a great location. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and included champagne. The entire hotel is cozy and beautifully decorated. The room we had (top floor) included a big jacuzzi tub for two, which is one of the reasons I chose the hotel. The location was close to everything. I highly recommend!!

Posted 18 Aug 2024 on HotelsA beautiful boutique hotel with a great location in Bruges. Staff is exemplary, and my stay was excellent. The room was quaint but well appointed. The only negative was the wi-fi. It consistently dropped, and I had to reconnect several times a day. This needs some immediate attention. I was on the first floor of the hotel, so I don't feel like it was an access point issue. Once I was connected I had a decent connection.

I cannot recommend this property enough!!!! Prime location!!!!! Breakfast with champagne was a perfect way to start everyday! Staff was very friendly, informative and helpful! Room was 5 Star! My son loved the chess set in our room. Very dark, comfortable bed. Private parking too! Recommended for romantics getaways. We went as a family but I see how not many kids stay here. It’s quiet. It’s quaint. It’s peaceful.
Worth every penny! You don’t be disappointed!

Great breakfast due to the quality food and extraordinary service. Checkout staff was nice too.

Close proximity to restaurants, museums and walking streets. Helpful staff. Delicious breakfast.
Our room had a overly small bath. I would book a larger room next time.
