We waren rond 23.00 u aangekomen...konden niet meer inchecken en hebben een ander hotel moeten zoeken!!! Het stond inderdaad achteraf gezien bij de hotel info...maar ik heb erover heen gekeken , omdat ik me er niet bewust van was, dat er een mogelijkheid was dat je na een bepaald uur, gewoon niet meer kunt inchecken....ze mogen de gasten , daar wel meer op attent maken of toch een mogelijkheid geven om met code ofzo, toch binnen te komen....ik was heel erg moe en erg teleurgesteld en moest op dat uur nog op zoek naar een ander hotel☹️
