Loved this hotel. Walkable from the train station (but difficult with wheeled suitcases due to cobbles). Decorated for Christmas, it was charming. The staff were friendly and helpful, they locked our suitcases up so we could go round Bruges till our room was ready. Room was a good size and had everything we need. Breakfast was great with loads of options, but also almost next door to an amazing breakfast cafe and a patisserie. Would definitely book again.

Hotel was in a good location, there is nearby parking. Rooms were spacious as was the bathroom. Hotel as free wifi. Reception closes at 9pm? so you need key / passcode access to get in if you arrive back late.

Great hotel. Very clean, and very nice selection for breakfast. The only thing I could suggest is that there is shampoo and body wash in the shower, but no conditioner. Overall very good.

Fantastic hotel just 5 minutes walk from the main square (Markt). We were lucky that our room was ready when we arrived at 11.30 so they let us have the room. So rare these days but so appreciated when it happens.
Room was spotless. Bathroom had a rain shower. No complaints.
Desk staff always really friendly too. Will return.

We stayed in the family room and everything was wonderful. The location was very central and it was easy to walk around town. The staff was very welcoming and warm. Would recommend.

The hotel is very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. The location is convenient. The only issue is the noise from the all night bar next door, Friday and Saturday nights. We got some ear plugs to help reduce the noise.

We have been travelling around France, Belgium and Switzerland and this was one of the best.
The only issue was the noise outside from people yelling and fighting at 3 in the morning.
Overall it was great!
