we arrived exactly at 3 pm and the staff there said the room was not ready. and my husband asked how long we should wait and the staff immediately answered rudely. my husband asked politely and hoped to get an estimate of the waiting time. the staff did not want to check whether the room was ready or not, it seemed like she deliberately waiting for guests to wait, just like my uncle came at 4 pm and was still waiting even though the room was ready. my husband wanted to talk to the manager, and she said she was the manager of this hotel, after my husband went to the car and she said the manager was on vacation and she lie! it's just drama from the beginning. the bathroom soap was empty, the hair dryer didn't work, the AC leaked on the carpet. I forgot the staff name she was curvy black woman with short hair, i think start with P panera maybe.
