Upon arrival the registration clerk requested my drivers licence and proceeded to photocopy it. I was not happy about this and expressed my concern but I was advised that it was their registration procedure. When checking out I requested the copy back as I was not comfortable leaving a copy of my licence with a lot of my personal information including but not limited to my signature, date of birth and licence number. The morning clerk though he understood my concerns could not give me back the copy so I requested a pen and blacked out all information other than my picture and address. I do not believe that Expedia agrees with this procedure and should remove this hotel from their listing of hotels in the Brossard Quebec area.

Do not stay at this hotel. The guest in front of me kept coming back to the front desk saying he wanted a different room as each room he went to wasn’t made and it was dirty. After doing this 4-5 times the receptionist told him there are no more rooms. Needless to say I did not get a room which is fine because I wasn’t going to stay there.

The blankets were unclean and the shower curtain fell on me as it wasn’t fixed to the car… you can checkin anytime

Great stay overall - no showers just jacuzzi - but matches your budget and not so far from town if you have a car :)

Theres alot of mixed reviews for this place. For the price you are paying, this place was clean, any issues we had were solved as soon as we brought it up to the front desk. No cleaniness issues, no safety issues. Please manage your expectations as this is a motel and not a hotel, its only to stay over for a couple nights. Bring your own sheets if you aren’t comfortable with theirs. I saw that they wash them regularly and give u a newer one if you ask. Its not luxurious or insane, great location for access to montreal and other hotspots. All around compared to the other options, this location was complete and comfortable for the rate we payed to stay over for the weekend. I would definitely come back if was visiting. Easy way to cut costs for your trip and get a comfortable room to spend your nights on vacation.
