We had issues during our stay, got lock out of or room for about 20 min as per card didn’t work to get in anymore. No hot water in our room to shower and staff in the dining room during breakfast talked between each other and were very inappropriate. Stay wasn’t the greatest.

A great place to stay. Very accommodable. We had an issue with the mattress and it was resolve very quickly. The only thing that I would suggest is that it showed as a Suite. It was not really a suite as there's wasn't a door to the bedroom. Just a partition. It was hard having a nap and my spouse woke up early and could not watch TV as it would wake me up. Otherwise excellent.

Stayed with two kids over Christmas. Really nice place and would definitely stay again.
Would have given it five stars but the food was meh. I didn't really expect amazing food and it's complimentary so not complaining, but it could have been more diverse and fresher.
Hotel was clean and staff is great. Had absolutely no issues.
The area, while safe, isn't really walkable. Minimal restaurant choices within walking distance. We had to drive everywhere anyway so we always went to downtown or to Dix30.
