It was a quick stay but no issues and was clean and quiet.

It is a clean spot with a big parking lot: nice room and good Wi-Fi.

This hotel was just ok. The staff seemed some what friendly. I think this hotel is more geared towards long terms stays than one or two nights. There was trash in the can from the prior guest.

We offer an affordable price for clean accommodations. You are correct in saying that we're more geared towards extended stay, as our rooms are outfitted with extended stay amenities. I am saddened to hear that you found trash in your garbage from a previous guest however, and I will follow-up with my team to ensure we're double checking that. Cheers,

We were given the wrong room keys and then when the correct keys were given, it was to a room that already had a guest in it. The staff wrote the wrong room number down. Not a big deal, it was a true mistake but the man we barged in on was not happy. The full kitchen is great if you travel with your own pots and pans and dishes. I would have liked an option to have them in the room or maybe to rent them.

We take a lot of time and consideration in trying to keep everyone safe, and to ensure an uninterrupted stay. It's a Desk Agent's worst nightmare to learn that they've accidentally sent a guest into an occupied room. While this does happy on occasion when things get busy, its few and far between. Unfortunately we aren't able to provide cookware in our rooms due to local codes that require they be sanitized with commercial equipment, which our facility doesn't have space for. We do provide cookware in our My Store at near cost, and recommend that guests staying for an extended period bring their own along. Please come see us again the next time you're in the Marquette area. Thank you,
