Brookmans Park hotel rooms a the Go Native

"I didn't get to stay here because hotels.com messed up my booking,didn't find out about this either until we landed in London and were told by Go native that we had no booking reflecting on their system, even though we had our booking confirmation with us. After several calls to Hotels.com we were told that somehow they didn't send our booking to Go Native and unfortunately there was nothing they could do but they will cancel our booking at no cost or we could book a room at a much higher rate...
