The room was dirty, we didn't have towels, the bedspread was riddled with cigarettes burns, and the wifi didn't work.

Service was subpar, rooms were filthy, location is inconvenient, their prices do not match the premises

Room didn’t had shampoo, slippers etc. And also all room was dirty.
