First room we went into had not been cleaned. Chips on floor still. Had a sewer gas smell. We then moved to another room and that had an open junction box (that the air conditioner plugged into). Not safe at all. The morning front desk person seemed more interested in playing on his phone. I asked him a simple question and he acted like I was being a problem. The hallways had vinyl base coming off. There were several other maintenance issues as well. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at

We stayed at this property for two nights and my review boils down to….stay somewhere else! The check in was easy and the receptionist was friendly, the hotel is older and not well maintained. Our room (#125) had a poor paint job, hairs in the bathroom, mold on a block by the ac, carpet did seemed vacuumed but felt damp, dust on the furniture, a broken outlet that the hairdryer was mounted to (even after asking twice, I never did get a working hairdryer to use), spotty wifi, a beautiful water park area that when looking in at it seemed very dirty, a very lacking breakfast and when the attendant dropped a stack of coffee cups on the floor, she just picked them up and added them to the buffet and just an overall dirty feel to the room and property. The icing on the cake was this morning at 6:15, a man was kicking and beating on the door next to us cursing and claiming he was housekeeping. He kept yelling “where the f*** is she?!? It was very scary and definitely interrupted our sleep when we were exhausted from travel. To add a silver lining to this property, the sheets and towels at least seemed clean, there is a nice Mexican restaurant on site and it is close to other eating places, Walmart and gas station. I don’t view myself as a hotel snob, but I do expect a place to be clean and in working order and they fell short of this expectation.

Good for a one night stay at was we were attending a wedding. Price was inexpensive. Staff were very pleasant. Building and rooms are run down and could use updating. Breakfast was very carb heavy with no protein options. Hot tub was nice.

The staff was very friendly. I found it strange that you can only access the pool from one door and there are about 4 or 5 different doors that could give you access to the pool as well.

You definitely get what you paid for. If you’re looking for a mediocre place to swim and sleep this would be ok. Just know the photos are deceptive. All weekend the trashes were over flowing, hardly any staff around, the ones you did encounter were not friendly at all. Pool areas rarely had clean towels. I don’t think anyone vacuumed behind, around, or under furniture. We had 4 people in our room and were only given two towels. When we asked for a couple more we were told they didn’t “have many” only way to get more was to give them the dirty ones. The house keeping carts were filthy. Breakfast was scarce and typically trashed, if they ran low on things it wasn’t easy to get things refilled. The kids enjoyed the pool, but even the chemicals were off in it, as our suits are all new colors and hair is going to need some serious attention with how fried it is. Also, please note there is not an elevator and the ice machine does not work on the second floor.
