"I had the pleasure of staying at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel on two separate occasions, and I must say, this hotel truly stands out in many ways. First and foremost, the staff here are exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stays, every interaction was marked by genuine care and professionalism. They go above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and valued, making the experience truly memorable. As for the rooms, they are beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. During my first stay, I experienced the most comfortable bed I think I’ve ever slept in—honestly, it was perfection. I still think about how wonderfully I slept that night! On my second stay, the bed was great, but I couldn’t help feeling a little let down because the bar had been set so high the first time. That said, it was still far above average compared to most hotels. Overall, the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel is a fantastic place to stay, with outstanding staff and great attention to detail. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and will certainly be returning in the future!"

"Its located in the old town square. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Plenty of shops nearby. Horse with carriage is just outside if thats what you want. Train station is walkable distance and only 30 minutes to the airport. We would definitely book this hotel again if we were to come to Krakow again"
