The management/ ownership is extremely polite, helpful and always available. This is a very tough area and a challenge to work in everyday. They are to be commended. It's too bad the past guests wrecked the laundry room, ATM and microwaves in rooms. The price is the best around. Maids are TERRIFIC too.

I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and found the experience mediocre. Upon arrival, the room wasn’t fully cleaned—dust and dirt on the floor and an unclean bathtub. I bought cleaning supplies to handle it myself. The hotel advertises daily housekeeping, but I only saw staff twice during my stay, and I often had to track them down or leave trash outside the door for collection. The amenities were misleading; the hotel claimed to have onsite laundry, but it didn’t, which was disappointing as it was a key feature I needed. On the plus side, the room was spacious, with a king-size bed, TV, desk, Wi-Fi, and a mini-fridge. However, I found a live roach in the fridge toward the end of my stay, which was unsettling. There’s no breakfast, but complimentary coffee is available in the mornings. The location is convenient, next to a mall, but the quality of the stay didn’t match expectations. While it wasn’t my worst hotel experience, I’d recommend looking elsewhere for better service and cleanliness.
