Its a beautiful place to stay, the staff were lovely, the room was amazing it had everything. We would definitely stay there again.

A warm welcome. Friendly efficient staff. Clean and tidy room with tea and coffee facilities. A good choice of dinner menu with very good food. Lovely breakfast before our walk through the forest. Will stay there again. Highly recommend

Great location.
Love the free use of the bikes which was a lovely added touch, and the wellies.
It would be nice to have a chill out lounge in the daytime, perhaps turning the breakfast room into a lounge space to read and relax outside of the main dinning space. That's what was missing.
The room was cramp but cozy. The radio in the room was great and nice quality - we listened to it a lot. The hair dryer is of good quality but it took up a lot of room in a cramp space. The room could have done with storage for the iron and hairdryer. The bed wasn't as comfortable. But overall we had a good stay.

Felt like a pub with bedrooms, rather than a upscale hotel.
Good size bathroom and bed; excellent options for breakfast; very cold bedroom
