Really enjoyed our stay at synergy. Very close to shopping centres, dining restaurants, casino. Trams are directly outside property which is convenient if needed. Had an odour in the dishwasher, always comes with lack of use, however staff rectified issue within minutes. Could use a little dusting on higher shelves, but I’m really tall, so you only notice it when reaching up on top of everything. Other than that, overall was a really nice stay. We stayed for 11 nights and would do it again if we’re to return to the Gold Coast.

Very unclean property when we got there. Floors felt sticky and greasy, all dishes had stains on them, towels were dirty and blankets had a weird smell. We were also expected to clean up after ourselves which is fine- but the text message we got was to make it Spotless otherwise we’ll get charged a cleaning fee and it’ll come out of our bond- which still has not gotten refunded.

My room had an incredible view of the ocean. Very clean. Staff was nice when I got there after a long journey. Suggestions: the check in is a bit confusing as they don't always have someone there, and could be communicated a bit better. Minor detail. We requested a 1 bedroom apartment and the one we got had 2 single beds put together which was very uncomfortable to sleep on and kept coming apart. The bathroom was very dirty and the sheets on the bed were not clean. We complained about the bed situation and was told I would get a call back and I didn’t receive a call. Only complaint is we arrived Sunday afternoon at 2pm for check in but there was no one on reception and we couldn’t get into the building.
