They are courteous, pleasant, and speak excellent English. Sadly, they often seemed to have difficulty getting things done. For example, one of the sliding doors on my wardrobe jammed. I couldn’t get to my clothes. I asked 3 times over a period of 18 hours for this to be fixed, but it wasn’t. The next day,...

"Didn't get the room we reserved, and the extra bed wasn't ready. The hotel was full and the dining room is too small for all the guests. Overall it was pretty clean."

We received great service, our room was excellent, the staff was exceptional, the in house restaurant was fantastic, and our server Maria took phenomenal care of us. The parking was very easy to navigate, and the staff gave us very clear directions to get what we needed. I’d highly recommend staying here. "
