Great food and location
Posted 27 Aug 2024 on HotelsA nice stay when in the area. The food is good, as are the team. I did hear some locals moaning about both, however that isn't my experience at all. The rooms are good, I had a different room this time and it's probably due for some tlc, however it was serviceable and the bed was comfy etc. The Bowl has a nice feel in a lovely location - it was a stunning evening to sit outside and dine whilst reading a book - with the bell ringing practise starting in the evening.

2 night business trip, room was nice, clean and comfy.
Breakfast was very nice.
Dinner was excellent but not the cheapest would have been nice to get a discount as a staying guest.
I would definitely stay again when in the area
