Stylish apartment in a great neighbourhood
Posted 13 Feb 2024 on HotelsStayed in a 1 bedroom family apartment. A period property that has been stylishly decorated. Comfortable bed with plump pillows and quality bed linen. Daughter said could feel springs in pull out sofa but not too much to grumble about.
A great position off the Clifton triangle so walk pretty much anywhere with lots of restaurants nearby.
Nice little touches, Nespresso machine with capsules, L'occitaine toiletries, smart tv with Netflix etc included.
Good communication before we arrived. Wasn't sure how key on the phone via an app would work but was all fine.

Incorrect info on parking

Access via phone app but unable to have two keys workes on two different phones

Thanks for staying with us. We appreciate your feedback- parking is charge at 10 per day, we will look into this error with hotels.com and the listing and apologies for this error. Keys can be accessed by different phones, but we would require each key to be set up with a different email, we cannot give more than one key for one email address. We hope that everything else with your stay was satisfactory for you.

Tv wasn’t working
No information about wifi password - had to chase up and didn’t get response until the following day

Great property, can't really fault it!
Posted 11 Jun 2023 on HotelsThis was a wonderful break away with my husband and 7 month old son. The property was clean, quiet and in an excellent location to explore Bristol. The property was beautiful and well equipped and the staff were on hand (even by email) to offer support if needed! I would gladly stay here again and would definitely recommend!
