Horrible . Found bed bug eggs and hairs . They refused any discount . Disgusting

Please know that we work with a Pest Control company who regularly treats the property for pests as is standard in the industry. The bed linens were stained; dark spots in water from bathroom tap; a/c would not begin to cool. I have had positive experiences at Red Roof Inn in other locations and expected comparable at this location but expectation was not met.

I question how this property got the star rating they did. The front desk very nice but truly disappointing property. Not saying it wasn’t safe, clean is relative.
