The hotel was good as we only needed a bed for the night, but expensive. The staff were brilliant though and the breakfast plentiful and varied. I will definitely stay there again but book early so I get a better price.

We felt the staff were polite and attentive. The room where my wife and sister stayed. Found clumps of hair on the floor.
The board and mirror in the main room was coming off and at a slant.
My shower head was not fot for the shower head adptor because it kept movi ng.
The breakfast was extremely disappointing tomatoes were cold bacon was burnt and that crispy we couldnt chee it, the sausages looked like they had been cooked previously, the scrambled eggs were sloppy, the hash browns were hard.. so all in all it was a disappointing stay at a prominate 4star hotel. In our opinion wasnt.

Great hotel and stay. Excellent buffet breakfast. Comfortable surroundings. Only negative: parking is shocking to access if you’re not local.
Overall a lovely stay in a good hotel.

Good overall
Posted 4 Oct 2024 on HotelsService was very good at reception as we were allowed on our room even though we arrived early and were able to leave our luggage for a few hours after checking out.
Not so keen on the cleaner knocking on our door just after 9 to see if we had left.
We didn’t use any other facilities so can’t comment but the bed was not very comfortable; the mattress must have been quite old as we could feel the springs here and there. A little disappointing. Otherwise good sound proofing and air-con. Good location not far from train station.

You offer electric charging but don’t make it available,
Maybe you should consider charging points on all parking spaces.
