Second time staying with the family and we absolutely love this hotel highly recommended both our kids enjoy the pool along with my husband and I enjoying the hot tub

I did not get a King Size Bed in my room as my reservation stated. I spent alot of money with Expedia on this room. When I got into my room I called them out on 2 queen beds and the snotty desk employee stated to me that I did not reserve my room with them so therefore I should have read the fine print that explains that maybe I will not get the exact accomodations that I paid for. I sacrificed to pay for this room for my 50th High School Reunion from Bristol Eastern High School that took place in their Ballroom. Also the room did not have a microwave and the hairdryer did not work so I really could not use it as itonly blew cool hair and it was very beat up and old. and then on Sunday morining it never worked at all. Also the shower handle to put the water on fell off in my hand and I had to figure out how to pop it on so that I would not get scalded from the hot water . I fixed it but the faucet was kind of leaky and wobbly before I left. I will never ever go there again or recommend it to anyone. The only good thing was my HS Reunion and the Time Out Bar and Restaurant.
I feel that I should receive some kind of refund as I got ripped off. The snotty reception employee tried to tell me that I got a more expensive room getting two queen beds but I do not believe it. Also they would not let me have early check in at 3 or 3:30 p.m. when I called in the morning before reaching the hotel as the same issue that I used Expedia. All in all they should not say that!

The restaurant/bar was nice, good TVs. Clean and nicely kept. Solid hotel.

I had a two night booking but my plans changed. It was too late to cancel, so I called the property ahead of time letting them know that I will come but I will arrive only on the second day of the reservation. I signed a form and authorized a payment a day prior to the original arrival day so that they will keep the room for me. However, there was NO ROOM when I arrived and they were not able to arrange me any other accommodation in the area either.
