Friendly and Respectful Staffs Very Nice Place to Stay Clean and quiet Spacious Waiting area with Riestaurant you can order foods and can relax too in the lobby. With Swimming pool and Gym Light is not to bright which I really like Very Convenient Very Relaxing. Excellent. Will choose again to stay if we go again to Bristol in the future. Many Thanks! 😊

Used as a pitstop overnight before setting off early the next day, greated and checked in. Warm cookie on arrival was a nice touch, poor basic standards in room, shampoo/conditioner bottles on the wall were empty, uncomfortable beds 4 guests but only 2 towels left in room. Went to swimming pool, changing rooms smelt, and just looked run down and dirty. Partner went in steam room and left after a few seconds as smelt of sewage.

Carpet in room, looks very old, dull etc.. fridge should be in all rooms for a 4star hotel

Big, comfortable rooms, weak equipped. Swimming, gym onsite available 24/7

Property looked well cared for and new ‘wing’ looked impressive, but we couldn’t use the pool in the evening after arriving. Bedroom was cold- tried adjusting air con and couldn’t get warm. Car charger wasn’t working. Pillows were far too soft.
