Rooms need renovations and staff some training in customer services. The check in agent was very cold

Was a very nice Hotel and would stay there again. Only downfall was only 1 elevator working.

Room service was different. Garbage wasn’t emptied out, coffee wasn’t replaced. Ironing board was left out after being used. I don’t think they have good sound proof walls. We got a room close to high traffic and we could hear the traffic over the AC fan.

The area was o.k., but the inside of the property was beautiful
