Both rooms they put us in had broken locks. Both dead bolt was missing or locked and the lock on the door wouldnt lock. Sticky residu on night stand. Felt really sketchy in the room

Hotel would not allow me to use an iron or ironing board. I was told by desk clerk those were only reserved for the suites. No breakfast. Some lady tried walking in my room at 6:30am thinking I had already checked out. Will not stay here again. Groubds of hotel are unkept.

Was disappointed based upon the positive reviews. Hair on sheets. Cockroaches. Toilet seat was missing attachment pieces and half disconnected. Dropped earbud and found garbage / debris under bedside stand and under bed while looking for it. Tub / shower and bathroom sink didn't drain properly. Room had a funky smell. Overall wouldn't stay again.

The advertising for this place is not updated! It’s apparently under new management and it is not a safe place for you and your family to stay.

Upon entering the room, there was no way to not notice the indescribable stench. Immediately after entering the room, we found the latch on the door was broken, there was an old/used bar of soap in the shower, mold in the shower head, dirt/grime and mold stains throughout the bathroom and on the carpet. The toilet seat was broken and when flushed, it would whistle obnoxiously loud and long. The tv glitched pretty bad. Enough that I could not enjoy a show. Though the staff was kind and checked us in early, their over-all appearance consisted of sweat pants and T-shirts or hoodies making a lack of professionalism very evident to the guest and making it difficult to differentiate who was an employee or a guest.
