"The hotel was in a great location and the staff were really friendly. We parked at the Galleries car park which felt safe and secure. I’d mentioned when booking it was my husbands birthday and the team were great at making him feel special. We had a room upgrade to a top floor family room with great views of the city. "Really disappointed that we didn't have any information regarding the difficulty in locating the hotel by car, once we entered the city. We spoke too several people, who had the same experience. After an hour of trying to get our room warm with the air conditioning, we were told by the receptionist that it wasn't working properly and were given a electric heater also the extractor in the bathroom didn't work. It's a real shame, because the Hotel itself is exceptional "

"I did have trouble getting through to the hotel by telephone before our arrival which took hours but eventually someone answered and was able to answer my query. The rooms were a very good size. We were a family and had 2 rooms next to each other with an inter-linking door which was perfect. Staff were friendly and very good service."
