We had a spacious 2 bedroom apartment which had a large outdoor patio area. All facilities you would expect.
Very walkable to all South Bank attractions. Also lots of eateries right on the doorstep without tourist price tags.
Complex is clean and tidy, but showing its age a bit. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is good, water damaged and painted wall and floor tiles and bad silicon in the bathroom, big gap behind the bath tap, carpet has missing threads in general the room was quite dated.

Hello Michael and apologies you had a bad experience with us. We would have gladly moved you if you had let us know. All our apartment are privately managed. The apartment owner is in fact, changing the carpet and silliconing the bath room. Again my sincere apologies for all the issues.

I didn't like having a yappy dog next door (or at least very close to my room)
I didn't like being contacted more than once requesting information that I's already provided.

Hi Bernice,thank you for your feedback, our apartments are also private residences and as such some residents have pets. As soon as you called me at 8pm at night, I came up and moved you straight away. As for requesting information twice, i apologise if that was an issue. A lot of our info systems are automated and sometimes they do double up, welcome to 2024. It is a situation that we are working on changing and we are sorry this caused you distress.

Great location

Facilities were sufficient however room was overpriced for that which was received. Limited capacity to pull up your vehicle upon entry. Was fairly noisy also.

Thank you for your feedback Sean. Apologies you were not told about the direct access from the foyer area, for which to pull up your vehicle upon entry. We have 2 street addresses and that can be cause for confusion. As for the price, we are very competitive for this area. The noise unfortunately we cannot do anything about,this is the city and there has been a lot of roadworks and building occurring in the evening and early morning.

Property was walking distance to our event which was great. However the room was very small and very run down. Clean though, with a comfortable king bed.

We have stayed here before and it was a good stay but this time I was disappointed. The room could have done with an update. It was tired and old. But the bed was very clean and comfortable, the room was quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much to ask. I would stay here again but not in a room in an apartment.
