The hotel was very nice and the breakfast included in the executive lounge was great. The staff member that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The only negatives were the view from the back of the building (straight into an apartment building) and the sofa bed was not made up despite us having booked for four people.

Incredible new build hotel, with great access to the Brisbane shopping areas. Was no more than a 5 minute walk. The swimming pool in this hotel was amazing with the swim up bar. I could have spent the whole day on this level!!

Overall our hotel & experience was fantastic. The only issue we had was that our bathroom had a bathtub but no plug.

Great hotel and location, very clean and modern. Was a little disappointed with the housekeeping as they missed one of our rooms. Even after we spoke to reception only our towels were replaced. The beds were not made and toiletries were not replenished which was disappointing for a highly rated hotel.
