Posted 14 Oct 2018 on HotelsBad location in the way of the actual studio in the apartment complex itself - was facing the street and a round about and invading the privacy of surrounding homes . False advertising as it’s called Sutton’s Beach so we expected the balcony to be facing the beach for views that were presented in the brochure .

You'd never want to use the BBQ. It was ancient and rusty. No service as it's not staffed. The booking added on a credit card surcharge that we did not see online and the receipt did not include it!

Thank you for your review. We will check the BBQ you mentioned. The property is a holiday accommodation unit in a private building. as it is not a motel it does not have facilities like staffed onsite reception or room service. these details and applicable credit card surcharges are advertised on the websites and in our initial e-mail to you. The initial email gives guests the option to avoid credit card fees with the use of internet banking directly to our trust account or even cash upon arrival if you prefer.
We will certainly attend to the BBQ but feel the other items you mentioned have been explained above.

No stove, no oven and not enough toilet paper.

Pros: No pool - for the money it is not up to the standard of Redcliffe
Cons: Put a pool on the roof top, add a stove and oven and leave enough toilet paper. Way too expensive for what it has to offer.
It was a place to sleep too small - this is a bed sit not a one bedroom with very little views.

Pros: It was a good size room, good location and had secure parking.
Cons: The booking in process as I didn`t receive all the information on that process. It is advertised as Sutton Beach Apartments but the actual complex is a different name being Arena On Sydney. The contact phone number provided to me along with booking details via SMS when try to call that number it said it was disconnected. The room was tidy but not clean, stove/cook top was greasy, BBQ still had onion on it and was rusty, the soap holder in bathroom was broken and the windows were extremely dirty along with balcony glass. I have stay in many, many places over my years and I was very disappointed in this especially considering the cost to stay there, I have never paid that much for one night before and I would defiantely rate it as the lowest I`ve stayed based on value for money.
Location: The location of Redcliffe and nearby activities were fantastic, beautiful place to stay.

Pros: The bed was good, but mostly the unit was outdated. Trouble getting key for room & the units are not called sittings beach apartments at all, very confusing.
Cons: Access to a key to get in was bad, no office at units, no one at real estate, took us 1 1/2 hours to actually check in.
Location: Position was convenient to pippels on the beach.

Posted 3 Oct 2016 on WotifFilthy. Definitely not value for money, then had to justify to the agent that I was telling truth via photos. Hair all over floor, in cutlery draws, dirty clothes incl knickers in dresser. Shop around you can do a whole lot better.
