Not the room view that I thought I had payed for. No other rooms available to change to. View meant to be beach and not building in front that we got. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Unfortunately, as per our conversation prior to your check-in you chose one of our last apartments available on Level 2. Whilst all of our apartments do face the ocean, some on Level 2 do have a more "partial" ocean view, which can be enjoyed from the comfort of your outdoor balcony. In future may we suggest you try one of our Level 5 Penthouse 2 Bedroom apartments .. They do have spectacular views which we are sure you would enjoyed immensely! We hope you enjoyed the rest of our facilities and look forward to seeing you again some time.
