I booked for Felix and must have booked a second later than someone on another platform. It was an innocent mistake where Jacky at the front desk offered me the same room at Charlotte where nothing was required on my part except turn up there. I turned up to Charlotte where Hailey and Arman made what could have made me agitated into a very comfortable transition to my room. I really enjoyed my experience at Oaks even if it was at Charlotte instead of Felix. I can see the culture of the staff is fantastic. The apartment was very good especially the air con, laundry, bathroom and comfort of the bed. The kitchen was also very good with a lot of utensils. I had a swim in the pool and it was very good. I was saying I wish the rooms had some biscuits for my coffee what I got in the end was even better with a farewell tim tam biscuit from Niamh upon my checkout departure. This just made my trip feel memorable. Thank you for the four staff at Felix and Charlotte a memorable one and I recommend Oaks Apartments.

Close to Queen St, short walk to Citycat. Nice size rooms, staff friendly and close to good restaurants

We very much appreciate the communication with the staff. I was unsure if we would be able to secure a 2 bed 2 bath, room and they were able to inform me on the best ways to go about it. The room was good and in a fantastic location for what we were looking for.

Room was lovely. Car park is very tight and difficult to get out.

Great location. Apartment well equipped and very clean. Bed and lounge areas very comfortable. Pool was in a good position with lounges and clean and safe. BBQs were very clean and in a pleasant area with fresh herbs and plants well maintained. Will definitely stay again. Thank you

My favourite place to stay in Brisbane !.
Posted 11 Oct 2024 on HotelsI have stayed at this property multiple times and it really is my favourite place to stay in Brisbane :) It is in a great location and near to so much but at the same time is tucked away in a quiet location so you get the best of everything !. My views were amazing and my apartment really comfortable, it is like a cosy home from home and I would very happily stay here in the future too. The gym, pool and outdoor areas are well maintained and are a welcome addition too. Staff here are really friendly, efficient and helpful - than k you very much for another lovely stay :D

There was little available in all of Brisbane when we booked for a Saturday night so maybe we’re being a little ungrateful. However we paid a premium for a storey bridge view room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
We got a 6th floor room with some views of the bridge, one bathroom. Room was clean but tired (broken light covers, a phone that doesn’t work, leaking shower box etc). The parking was the tightest ramp turns I’ve negotiated in a long time in a medium-large SUV. No way you could get a RAM or something like that in there.
Location was excellent and if I hadn’t paid what a presume was a huge markup for presumably a busy weekend and a special view and a second bathroom, it would have been adequate. Wouldn’t go back unless I had no choice. Sorry.
