Spacious, comfortable room. Location is very convenient for an easy walk to restaurants and Empire Theatre. Dined at the hotel's restaurant The Rock, great food and nice atmosphere.

Location 10/10 Room size 8/10 Cleanliness 2/10 (there were blood stains on the bed sheets) Communication 2/10 (did not accommodate request for family to be on the same floor, did not remember that a late arriving family member already had a card issued waiting at reception, did not allow some family members onto the floor and insisted on someone picking them up at reception, even though it was possible to just call the day before) Also to note: did not receive the free bottle of wine that was included in the hotels.com silver member booking.
