The positives: The manager was nice. The motel is only 5 minutes drive from Greenslopes Hospital, which was our reason for staying there. The negatives: Unfortunately the motel is on a very busy road and the traffic noise and sirens made it hard to sleep. There's nothing the motel can do about that, of course, but it's something to be aware of if you are used to peace and quiet. The room was fine, but the bathroom badly needs renovating.

Woke up at 5am being eaten by dust mites. Fridge and bins filthy. Broken light covers and broken glass under the fridge. Floor sticky. My wife who has a better nose than me smelt urine in the room. Got out as quick as possible. Informed the Mgr later that day so others did not get eaten by dust mites. Currently washing all clothing.

Arrived very early was made very welcome and allowed to check in to lovely room on ground floor.. will highly recommend this motel.

Good location on several bus routes into CBD. It's an older Motel but rooms were clean and tidy.

I do not like the system of a late check-in with the rooms unlocked and key left inside. Because the instructions were given over the phone whilst I was driving, and were not confirmed in writing. This led to confusion, when the phone was not answered upon arrival, nor a message replied, this led to being in somebody else's room. Very embarrassing :(

We arrived earlier than we'd anticipated, sent an email requesting an earlier check in. Within minutes I received a friendly phone call from Peter letting me know our room was ready and we could check in right away - 9:00am. What great service!! If we have the need, we will definitely stay there again. Thank you Peter for making our stay comfortable.
