The whole checking in system is different. There were bugs. The room smelled bad.

Possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Electronic check in with no communication in advance. No baby cots. Dirty, leaking shower and bathroom. Air conditioning not working correctly. Very noisy. Despite being branded as an airport hotel, no luggage storage. Very dated.

We were disappointed that everything about the property had to be done online. There is no elevator and the room assigned to us was on the 3rd level. As we had tow large suitcases we would not have been able to get them up the stairs. Fortunately we were able to call and were moved to a ground floor room. Ian Hyde

Nobody at reception. If you cannot access wifi(you need a guest password) you cannot get the code to get in. There is nobody to help. I spoke with cleaning staff who did help me. The second day they sent the wrong access code. Would not stay there again.
