Really not there long enough. Arrived at 10 pm and was gone by 5 am to the airport. Just needed somewhere to put our heads down for a few hours

Expedia photos/description were WAY nicer than what we got. Room smelled bad, pool was a swamp, no basic amenities like ice machine. Our suite door had a glass door that outsiders could see through part of, giving our family limited privacy. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Dear Trevor,We appreciate your feedback and apologise for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, we had just experienced a bad storm which caused minor flooding and the mulch from the garden beds to wash into the pool. Our pool does not always look like a swamp. We do not advertise that we offer an ice machine however the service station across the road sells ice, which we advised your wife of when she came to ask reception about it. We understand that you do not recommend our property and that is fine, and we do hope that you have a much more enjoyable experience with all future reservations. Thank you.

Would NOT recommend. Booked for 5 people, arrived to find only bedding for four. Apartment smelt like it had been closed up for a while, mould in the shower. TV didn't work. Was promised a call from the Manager with a refund - instead we have heard nothing.

Dear Elena,After thoroughly inspecting what happened we apologise for the inconvenience caused.There was adequate linen provided which was shown to you by reception. Reception staff also made up the sofa bed for you. We can have housekeeping make the sofa bed up for you upon arrival if we are advised that is what is required. However, in this case, it wasn't. The room was checked and aired prior to arrival by housekeeping. The issue with the TV was due to the network and as we were not able to fix it after trying to re-set it, reception offered to move you to 2 adjoining rooms which you declined. We do not promise any refunds to guests that stay and utilise our facilities. However, we do try to offer an alternative solution so that our guests' have an enjoyable stay with us. Reception offered to move you to more suitable rooms that we had available, they tried to fix the issues with the TV and made up the sofa bed. We appreciate your feedback, and hope that you have a better experience in future.Regards,

Stayed on the second floor in a great room with lovely high ceilings. Comfortable bed. Lovely leafy outlook through the window. The only thing that stopped this from being a 5 star review was the heavily mould stained shower which was disappointing. The only way to fix would be to regrout given the age of the bathroom, but I would recommend the hotel to do this as it would really improve the room for travellers who want a nice hot shower and a comfy bed (really that’s ALL that people want from an airport hotel)

Gaps under door large enough for lizards and snakes to enter through, bathroom window does not close all the way. Toilet leaked from the back. We reported the issues daily and nothing done to fix, just got more towels for the toilet leaking

Hello Cynthia,There are gaps underneath the bathroom and toilet doors, but not underneath the main entrance door or sliding door. We offered to move you and your family to another room, so that the room could be placed on maintenance until the Plumber could attend but your husband declined to be moved. If you decline to be moved to another room, then there is not a lot more that we can do, until you check out. Regards,Reception.
