Clean and very quiet, lovely soft bed, decent shower

Wish we had read the reviews. Place had a horrible smell, no lifts, pool was green and disgusting, did not feel safe there for 2 females travelling together. Reception door was locked on arrival, even though it was manned. No shower door, stains on the pillow cases. We left the place within 1/2 hour and found other accommodation elsewhere.

Room was large, comfortable and clean.
Good location from the airport.
Lack of staff at checkout was not good and the phone outside reception was broken. when I called on my mobile I reached the afterhours number and the person was unable to assist. I'm still waiting for the return call!
The price though was excellent value.

Phone number provide goes to after. Hours number when arrived in taxi did not look like it was even operating has to spend more money for other hotel

The bathroom sink was blocked and drained very slowly, the fridge was leaking water and the TV didn't work.

In desperate need of upgrade and maintenance.
No remote for air conditioning, could not turn off. Multiple lights not working or no bulbs. Hair dryer has exposed electrical wires, TV remote not working, Quilt on bed had stains, no extra pillows, no blanket. Empty shower gel and shampoo bottles. Safety catch on door not working. Electricity to room comes on and off during the night regardless of whether card is in socket or not.

The pool was stagnant, the shower was absolutely filthy with so much black mould on the tules and grout I refused to use the shower despite feeling gross after 12 hours on a plane. The power points next to the bed didnt work, tv remote was broken, told me my room was on 1st floor but was on the second and the lifts were broken.
I wish ide read the reviews before booking.
Please never book this motel, its bloody disgusting.
