Very comfortable and fabulous view. Quiet rooms and large very comfortable bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is one of the best selections we have had in a hotel. Very good and reasonable price.

As expected , the property is a bit dated and the air con system is not working too well but the location and river view are still fantastic .
However have stayed at the hotel a few times over the past 20 years , I have been witnessing the decline of the hotel’s customer services together with Stamford’s brand .
The front desk staff really need to have some training about customer services and know how to value and communicate with guest’s feedbacks/complaints instead of focusing on giving excuses and arguing with the guest .
Credits to the concierge and housekeeping staff for friendly attitude and friendliness .

Overall a nice stay but the shower kept running cold and then scolding, flashbacks to when I lived in an old apartment. They also charged for ice which I’ve never had happen, I asked for 2 glasses of ice and they gave us a whole bucket but charged $5

Friendly, lovely & helpful trainee staff as well as the regular staff (except for a bossy kiwi, a costly boss and a sneaky 🇸🇬 Chef; Yes, true, we all know; All was perfect as far food & service is concerned; It’s a top-notched surf n’ turf menu too!
