Walking in the AC cord was plugged into a hanging receptacle not even in the box. No cover and you could see the wires behing the plug. 3 of the pillows were missing pillowcases. Beds only had flat sheets, no fitted sheet, no bed spreads. 2 inch gap between bathroom floor and main floor. Stubbed toes walk through. Comb webs in corners. If this is America's best, then we are in terrible shape.

Waited 20 minutes outside the property because the door was locked and nobody was at the front desk and nobody answered the phone. And it’s was windy and cold when I was waiting outside. The room stinks. No hot water for shower. 2 thin pillows and NO blanket.

Decent place.

First room I stayed in had trash on the floor and pee still in the toilet. Next day I asked to move rooms and the room they moved me into a room that had a fridge and a microwave which my last room didn’t have. Plus a coffee maker, dresser, and 2 bedside tables which the last room also did not have. And was much cleaner. Staff was very nice. Bed is comfortable. Good tv channel selection

What was unique was that only one electric outlet in the entire room worked. There was a used dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door, as well, to greet us on arrival. The outlet near the sink was covered with brown cardboard held in place by thumbtacks, I presume, to hide the fact that only one outlet was operating in the room. Mr. Roach greeted my girlfriend when she got up to use the restroom in the middle of the night, as well. The added element of two questionable middle aged men beating on our door offering maid service topped off our stay.

It was outdated, you get what you pay for,had animals crawling around. Racoon at the door! need I say More...

Filthy bathrooms & rooms, heat not working propertly, hot water was only warm for a while, phone was disconnected in the room, breakfast denied althought it was advertised, lousy customer service.
