No room cleaning services unless you stay longer then 7 days which was not published on Expedia. Had to go get your own replacement towels, face cloths etc from the front desk. Was originally told I had to bring the old ones to get replacements as well as 2 sets in a room with 2 beds and 3 occupants and was originally questioned as to why I needed towels etc without having used ones. Garbage was to be put out of your room meaning garbage bags all over the halls as everyone was doing the same thing. The issues for sure were an annoyance at a minimum and won’t be staying here again. Had I known I could have been prepared or booked alternate location to stay.

My biggest complaint was the contential breakfast.
Both waffle makers were broken. I ended up going next door to get breakfast.

Each time I have stayed at the Brighton Wingate property I have been very pleased. Excellent breakfast, staff is always kind and helpful. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

It lacks clear signage for things like the elevator. Second floor ice machine not working.
Dimly lit.
Breakfast was solid and plentiful.
Staying again so it wasn’t bad, but it could use a bit of sprucing up.
