Unfortunately, the "handicapped" room we were given did not have grab bars near toilet or a high toilet. Only a single grab bar in rhe tub. Very high beds and I am not sure a wheelchair could have gotten beside the beds (2 queen beds). There were wide doorways. Staff told us they disnt have handicapped rooms with zero threshold showers.

Could not get the shower to shut off..called and spoke with the man at the front desk..he didn't see to concerned..not good once the room was getting so hit even with the ac on..we left and it was still running..no one came to check it out while we were there..

The room I got first had a clogged bath tub. Then I was switched to another room where the sunblock curtain was missing. I didn't ask for change as I only stayed for one night.

Disappointed of lack of service in the dining area. Bread were hard, I threw away two pcs of moldy bread.
Coffee shortage.

Oriented along a very busy highway with nothing between your room and the noise on one long side. We did get to move rooms the second night so noise became a lower rumble. Thermostat did not ‘talk’ to the A/C. Bathroom floor and shower pan need some extra attention but not gross. Breakfast was subpar for a Holiday Inn Express; with gluey oatmeal, green bananas and limited selection. Wi-Fi was not always connecting as the password protected system was not working but the open system was on and off available - or so it seemed. (Had to use my hotspot mostly).

Only one of the two elevators was functioning. The bed sheets had visible stains on them. The towels in the bathroom were yellowed and looked unclean. The bathtub would not drain properly and we had to take showers in standing dirty water. The rooms were cleaned only once in a 3-day stay. Three staff members entered our room unannounced with my wife in the room. The only positive point was Jill at the front desk when she was on her shift.
