Spacious, very clean, very soft sheets, pillows, too soft. The only issue was the sink has a leak at the faucet. The faucet is also to close to let water come out into the sink.

Liked the gym, many food options within walking distance (including healthier options), and the fact that we were able to park our truck and 10' utility trailer right in the lot without having to disconnect.
Didn't like the lack of quality whole grain bread or bagels with breakfast. For a nicer hotel in a big metro area I expected it. I did appreciate turkey sausage and egg white omlet.

Very disappointed with this property, whole reason for booking this hotel was it advertised having a pool and hot tub and upon arrival discovered the hot tub and pool heater was broken and was ice cold. It never got fixed during my stay and all the front desk did was apologize and said she called the manager about it.

Andrew, the dehumidification system in our pool room required extensive repair. This required the closure of our swimming pool and hot tub for 10 days. We took a number of measures to inform our current and future guests by publishing the closure on our website, posting signage throughout the hotel, including the front desk area and verbally communicating such closure during the check in process. I apologize for the inconvenience the closure may have caused. I am happy to report the repairs are complete and both the swimming pool and hot tub are back in operation.

Staff was very friendly! Breakfast was awesome and the room was clean. Our issue was noise. Amen the doors shut, they SLAMMED. We heard every door in the hallways close. Plus i think we were next to the laundry room for the hotel.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, loved the big bathroom that was in our room.

Milata, the dehumidification/air conditioning unit for our indoor pool area went out. Replacement is scheduled to begin Tuesday September 3rd. As a result, our swimming pool and hot tub will be closed thru September 15th. I apologize for the inconvenience.
