Do not stay at this property
Posted 12 Jul 2018
Pros: Beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water - everything else was not up to standard.
Cons: Attention to detail on everything in this apartment would make it very nice.
Location: Location was close to beach but we had a difficult time finding it as the name of the propert and the address were not as given in the paperwork.
The name of the property is not Brighton Beach Apartments, but Where to Sleep Brighton Green Diamond. There is no reception or information provided, we eventually had to go to a phone shop to collect the keys. There is a long list of problems - no toilet seat, 2 towels for 3 people for a week stay, not enough kitchen utensils to cook. The dishwasher stank. We had to wash everything in the kitchen before we used anything. No tea towels, bin bags, dishwashing liquid, w/machine soap. TV didn't work. No promised WIFI, bedrooms were so tiny we had to climb over each other to get into bed. No coffee table or cupboards etc so we had to live out of a suitcase in the living area and use chairs as side tables. Homeless people living in a tent outside the building door were helpful with info re parking, which was very expensive. The apartment was expensive for the week's stay, and we were extremely disappointed as it had the potential to be very nice with some thought and cleaning.. From reviews I have since read, this has been happening for quite a while.

Disgusting!
Posted 15 Mar 2018The green diamond hotel is suppose to be child friendly, but there is homeless people living all over the place , the room we stayed in was a wreck, had no toilet to use as the seat was snapped off and we asked the landlord to sort it out on the day we arrived and the " caretaker " never turned up, still waiting for expedia to contact me about this! I am not happy with the amount of money we paid for such a run down hotel we might as Well have stayed in a homeless shelter for 2 nights at least we would have been able to use the toilet !

Needs attention
Posted 26 Feb 2018 on HotelsPerfect location, The owner was very accommodating with our late arrival.
The flat has a great style although very basic, it Lacks lamps, bedside table, hair dryer, dead lock, cooking equipment, toilet roll on arrival, working toilet seat, working toaster, working TV.
The flat has a huge TV but it did not work for the whole stay ( signal issues) which was really disappointing! On trying to contact the owner we tried multiple times, but are yet to receive a reply. There was nobody we could contact to help with this matter.
The beds were very comfortable and clean but we won’t be staying again,We found the flat was not family friendly and worked out basic for the price tag.
