The sea view is excellent. The staff are experienced and very helpful. The room is excellent.

Hotel is only ten mins walk from Brighton Conference Centre and price of room was not bad for its location in Brighton. My single room was small but adequate and I liked the fact that they did not service rooms every day which is good for the environment and presumably also reduces costs. Main negatives were the lift which is very slow and low water pressure in the shower. But I was on the top floor.

Car parking, if they have no room for you you have to go to car park which is expensive..

Good location for seafront attractions. Room spacious and clean - though not serviced for two day stay as is policy. Staff in restaurant attentive to gluten free needs. Would go again.

Breakfast was low quality sausage and almost cold when brought to table. Staff were very friendly though and situation of hotel was perfect
