A very long walk from reception to my room. Difficult for a guest with mobility issues.

We had a really good overnight stay. Only slight negative was the family room was prepared for 2 people not 3. Need to provide more breakfast and not camomile tea. Not enough milk . Even though we asked for more. It was really not enough for 3 people. We like a nice cuppa often. Lack of attention to detail. Would of preferred a walk in shower as one guest disabled. Was a very slippery bath. But didn’t impact and I should of checked this detail before booking. Everything else was perfect.

Room was not clean, carpet was not hoovered and toilet was not clean when i checked in to my room
