Easy to find. Easy to park. Clean and warm.
Comfy bed. Polite staff.
The evening meal I had was definitely not good value for money. I think it was called Hunters chicken. On one half of my plate I had a small amount of Mashed potato and a piece of tough and chewy chicken and the other half was filled with old chopped lettuce - nothing else. It was around £15.
Overall, I would stay at The Lobster Pot again but not eat in the restaurant.

The pub is lovely with superb menu and restaurant, the parking was easy and the rooms were within easy walking distance adjacent to the pub

Enjoyed the stay, convenient parking, clean room. Nice bar area.
However they need more staff, slow table service for evening meal and especially at breakfast time where one guy seemed to be the only member of staff on duty dealing with a full restaurant.

Accommodation is great, shame about the actual pub though which is one of the supposed benefits of this location. Average food and very slow service, and given this is on the edge of town there aren’t any other walkable dining options.
