I understand something’s are beyond one’s control but I stayed there for two nights with no internet until it was my time for check out. That was rather unavailing. No compensations were made for this. Besides almost missing check in and having no internet everything else was good.

Culture,Thanks for choosing Malfranza Apartments. Admittedly, my property had no internet connection issues for some time now. Unfortunately, I do not have a booking by 'Culture' so i am unable to trace it. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
