Staff was very friendly hotel is not that clean and needs some work

When I first arrived the lady at the front desk was short and rude. Next the pool and hot tub were completely un usable because it looked like they haven’t been cleaned for months and literally looked like a swamp. I definitely took pictures of both if you need to see. The floor of the room was dirty. Just an overall bad experience

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately, for the last three weeks we had terrible weather due to constant thunder and very windy storms that caused many outages throughout the DFW Metroplex. We have taken care of this issue since. But we appreciate your concern.

When we checked into our room, we found dog poop on the floor that looked like it had been there for a few days at least. They were courteous and switched rooms for us right away. In the morning we counted 5 dead/dying cockroaches in the hallway and under the counter near the breakfast bar. It had recently rained and I’m sure they sprayed to take care of the problem. But it was unsightly and didn’t really want to eat the free breakfast after seeing that.

Broken mirror closet door. Light switch did not work. Toilet seat loose. Bathroom full of long black hair. Mine is 2” and grey

The staff here was awesome. The girl at check-in was a bit rude, it seemed like I interrupted her and was a disturbance. The evening clerk as well as the morning we super welcoming. I did note at check-out that the grab bar in room 101 is very loose and I am thankful I didn't get hurt. Room was spacious! Hot tub wasn't usable which sucked but we didn't have time anyways lol

The hotel is nice for the price. Room was huge I just didn’t like the mattress to firm form me. Overall it was a good stay!!
