"Free breakfast" is minimal and unappealing. Whole property needs a face-lift. Corridors are hot due to no a/c.

The property is in a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our grandkids loved our stay and they loved the breakfast. The pool and hot tub needed some attention. The sheets on the bed were fine but the sheets on the hide-a-bed were very stained and the floor under the couch was very dirty. The refigerator needed cleaning especially the freezer. We are not clean freaks so this did not keep us from having a wonderful time. We will definitely be back!

My room 212 had bed bugs the breakfast was very limited and poorly made they only had some very dry scrambled eggs a waffle maker without any spray on no yogurt no milk no fruits I will not recommend this place

The property outside looked inviting. We walked inside and everything looked inviting as-well. We went to the rooms and the first thing I do is check the beds to make sure they had been changed the sheets and pillow cases where NASTY hair all over them! I asked for clean linen and changed them out myself! I took pictures of the hair that was in the bed to share with the person behind the desk. Toilet was Nasty had urine on the base of the toilet, I awoke sick the next morning! The maids obviously are cutting corners. I also had to go down stairs to exchange my own towels before getting fresh ones? Short staffed and having a hotel is unexceptionable. If you cannot maintain your facilities you should warn your visitors so they can make other arrangements elsewhere! highly unsatisfied customer.

I booked a room with a jacuzzi through Expedia, i get there and the lady says there actually aren't any jacuzzi rooms open and that they would put us in one of the suites instead, but also that the hot tub was accessible 24 hrs. We go to check out the hot tub, not even luke warm. So very disappointed in both Expedia and the Hotel Staff. I picked that place BECAUSE it had jacuzzi rooms available!
