"The hotel is very clean. It is close to the old city. The staff was very nice and welcoming and the check in and check out were smooth. It has a roof to sit in front of the view and a small garden (heated) where you can sit meet, if you are a group or want some air. "This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in my whole life! The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. We checked into this hotel right after we drove from Stepantsminda, and we were tired and hungry. The staff offered us breakfast and champagne and we were so grateful for that. Breakfast is spectacular, with the beautiful piano playing live. The location is perfect. There is an underground bridge nearby that leads you to where the good restaurants are. "I arrived at the hotel early morning with my wife. Front desk taff, Ketevan and Luka was so nice and allow us to breakfast buffet. We have a full day tour, so Ketevan willing to hold my luggages until coming back from day tour. We stayed 4 nights. Only problem was that room was so cold because hotel doesn't provide heater until 3rd day."

"This was my second time and just as great as the first. I was contacted earlier directly by Natalia, should I have any issues or need any transportation assistance. I arrived very late in the evening and was kindly greeted. My booked room was unavailable so she upgraded me for free. Regardless every room seems to have a fantastic view. Fresh cooked breakfast. "Arrived at the hotel to find the room we booked wasnt available, we wore taken to our downgraded room. The room was terrible, hair on the floor from god knows who and the room smelt extremely bad especially in the bathroom. The matress was as hard as rocks and tiny. We decided to leave and checkout the next morning to move hotels... we wornt even asked on checking out early for a reason as if the staff knew the hotel was a shambles. We didnt even bother to ask for a refund and we just left....
