Staff were very courteous and helpful. Nice patio overlooking the water. Rooms were clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Calling my room at midnight about a pet deposit that we had already talked to them about. That was Friday. We were booked till Monday. It could’ve been addressed in the morning.

Ac is great ! It was freezing in our room when we arrived lol …. Slept like a baby .. only downside is blankets could be a little more thicker felts very thin .Breakfast was okay not much options around 8:30am .. other than that it was a nice stay - we checked in at 2:40AM and left at 8:45AM - total hours on site was 6 hours :) just needed a place to sleep . & it was perfect for that!

Outside the property was beautiful and serene. If only I paid to sleep outside this would have been a better experience. My family member in Beaumont is in hospice care and we traveled over five hours to come be with her. We set up all night with her and had to come to this hotel only to experience elephants and wrestling matches all day long above us coming from the third floor guests. We called down to the front desk and complained several times. It was ridiculous. The guests did not adhere at all. When I first arrived I believed the facility to be better than I expected. I’m used to the new designed La Quita Inn & Suites. We got to the room, it was spacious and felt comfortable. Until I went in the bathroom to shower. The shower head was filthy, there was what seemed to be pubic hair on the body wash pump, and a long blonde string of hair in the shower. There were no available hotels in the area so I had to overlook that but when my husband checked the bed, I was totally grossed out. I was so ready to get out of there. I have pictures and the recordings of the sound above our heads. I’m contacting the corporate office. Even as we left, I was so tired from the lack of rest, I was dozing off.

Very clean and well run hotel. Always enjoy watching the wildlife in the lake.
