Shockingly bad!

They wait for you to pay, then after you have paid they tell you about all of the issues with the hotel.
Whilst we were there it had no hot water and was dirty. They then informed us that they couldn’t provide a refund.
They also initially said parking was free then tried to charge £10 per night. We had to stay somewhere else and are still chasing up a refund

Indeed our boiler broke down during the Easter weekend and we wish to apologize once again for the inconvenience caused. Since then, the boiler has been repaired and everything is now back to normal.You chose to leave the hotel as soon as you arrived due to the circonstances. Of course, a full refund has been done.We wish to add that we indeed have a closed and secured car park at the hotel with a 10 charge per night (20 for electric charge). Moreover Public car parks in Brides-les-Bains are free of charge.Once again, we wish to apologize for the inconvenience. We remain at your entire disposal for any futher information you may require.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is tasty and fresh.

The hotel is tired and dated. The decor is old fashioned and there are parts of the hotel that are in need of updating or repair, especially the area near the ski locker room. There is a lack of atmosphere in the hotel, which is a shame as it could be a great place.
It is in a great location for the ski lift, and the rooms were comfortable and showers were good.

Wall paper falling off the walls everywhere

Chambre bruyante car à côté des escaliers. Pour le restaurant du soir il faut réserver avant.
