Very quiet and comfortable.
Posted 30 Dec 2017A little outside of Karlovy Vary, right next to the river and in the mountains, it was gorgeous. We had really good food a short walk up the road for dinner and a full continental+ breakfast the next morning.

Good afternoon,
It is interesting to read such a review from a person who did not live in the Hotel!
I don't understand how the service Hotel.com makes it possible to evaluate the Hotel to a client who has NOT been in the Hotel. The client did not live in the Hotel, the client did not pay anything and there were no fines.
Therefore, how can a customer give a bad rating without even staying at the Hotel?! And how does service Hotel.com allow this?
